D_TEXTBLOCK_TEXT    A hologram is a three-dimensional image.  To create a hologram, the light beam from a <HL Topic=Laser.tpc>LASER</HL> is separated into two beams.  One beam illuminates a real object.  The other beam is <HL Topic=Reflection.tpc>REFLECTED</HL> by a <HL Topic=Mirror.tpc>MIRROR</HL> onto a photographic plate.  The light from the object combines with the <HL Topic=Reflection.tpc>REFLECTED</HL> beam to create a hologram on the photographic plate.
